Here the animation is meant to represent the vast amount of developer circles in other parts of the world. It then transitions to focus on a specific Tech Community within Baghdad. Here the speaker wanted to show all of the different Tech communities and circles he's been a part of and then focus on one specific community.
In this animation, the speaker was listing off three main reasons to focus on privacy and Tech and how they can drive sustainable growth. The animation was meant to visually represent each key point and how all three came together to create better privacy features for their apps and Technology.
