The animation focuses on a few different things. First, is our hierarchy of needs as human beings, and how that relates to the hierarchy of being in VR. Next, we talk about body ownership and we give an example called the rubber hand illusion. This is a psychological test representing how we can relate to our physical being even when we're not physically attached.
For this animation, I wanted to show how we changed different topics and organized them within the talk. This animation is meant to highlight selections as we move on from one to the next and then establish a clear list of what we’ll be focusing on within each section.
Here we start with the journey from the first 360° camera which can be used for VR. After the visual representation of the journey, we get into the text and specs of our new 360° camera.
